Team Lead - Customer Experience
What You’ll Need
- Good leadership, organization, decision-making
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Experience in quality management, calibration, and reporting
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever changing work environment
- Ability to understand processes end-to-end and identify opportunities to improve team/process efficiency
- Should be able to present WBR and MBR effectively
- Ability to develop and adjust strategies in order to meet deadlines
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Team Lead to oversee day-to-day team operations, drive performance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing team workflows, coaching team members, and coordinating with cross-functional departments to meet organizational goals.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and guide an [X]-member team to achieve performance targets
- Monitor performance, provide feedback, and conduct reviews
- Allocate tasks, manage workloads, and ensure timely deliverables
- Facilitate team meetings, knowledge sharing, and problem-solving
- Act as first point of escalation, resolving team conflicts
- Train, mentor, and support professional development
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Collaborate with management for process improvements and best practices
- Prepare and present reports on team performance, issues, and recommendations
