As a key member of the People Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in shaping a high-impact Total Rewards strategy that supports talent attraction, retention, and engagement across all levels of the organization. You will partner closely with executive stakeholders across People, Finance, Legal, and business leadership to design scalable, market-competitive, and employee-centric reward programs. This role requires both strategic thinking and operational rigor, along with a passion for data, equity, and innovation in how we reward and recognize our people.

- Modernize and Scale Benefits Globally: Evaluate and evolve benefits offerings in key markets, ensuring consistency, competitiveness, and compliance. Leverage benchmarking data, employee feedback, and vendor capabilities to expand and refine offerings that promote employee well-being and engagement.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain accountability for benefits compliance across all relevant U.S. and global regulations (e.g., ERISA, COBRA, ACA, HIPAA, GDPR, local market laws), including internal audits, reporting, and policy development.
- Serve as a Strategic Advisor: Provide guidance and insights to leadership on compensation and benefits trends, total cost of rewards, and employee value proposition alignment. Influence key decisions with strong data, market insights, and storytelling.
- Oversee Compensation Design: Lead global compensation architecture, including base pay structures, short- and long-term incentives, equity strategy, and performance-based pay.
- Lead and Develop a High-Impact Team: Manage, mentor, and scale the Total Rewards team, with a specific focus on benefits leadership, compensation strategy, and operational excellence.
- Promote a collaborative, growth-minded, and service-oriented team culture.
Champion Employee Communication and Experience: Lead the design and execution of communication campaigns to drive awareness, understanding, and engagement across all Total Rewards programs. - Stay Ahead of the Market: Regularly monitor market trends, legislative changes, and employee sentiment to ensure that offerings remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with business priorities.
