Position: Warehouse Associate (Full-time & Part-time / W-2)
Shift:
- Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
- Monday-Wednesday 8:30am-5pm
Location: Bandini Blvd, Bell, CA

Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 85lbs
- Picking and packing 200+ SKUs, including parts, batteries, tools
- Receive and inspect inbound shipments by verifying SKUs, quantities, and packing lists, and report any discrepancies, damage, or missing items.
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Comfortable using Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and shipping software (FedEx, UPS, LTL).
- Support warehouse organization and 5S initiatives by maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with loading and unloading containers and organizing inventory for efficient storage.
- Prepare LTL and parcel shipments, including palletizing, labeling, and shipping documentation.
- Support multiple warehouse functions including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, quality control, and shipping based on daily business priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, can communicate effectively with team members and management regarding work progress and operational issues.
- Technologically savvy: Working with computers, tablets, scanners comes naturally to you.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
