POSITION SUMMARY
This role focuses on analysis and project management to support security initiatives, ensuring the protection of our organization's systems and networks from cyber threats. It also involves developing and delivering insightful reports and visualizations to communicate security intelligence to stakeholders.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze cybersecurity data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Utilize reporting tools (e.g., Domo, Power BI) to create visualizations that clarify complex security information.
- Conduct thorough reporting and identify gaps in cybersecurity tools and processes.
Cyber Security Project Management:
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver security initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure projects comply with cybersecurity policies and standards.
- Develop and maintain project-specific security policies and procedures.
- Support key security areas such as vulnerability management and risk recording.
- Stay informed on emerging threats and technologies.
- Engage in continuous learning and evaluate security vendors.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in a related role
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Domo, Power BI)
- Proven experience in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Experience in developing and maintaining project documentation, timelines, and status reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams across the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with a proactive and self-starter attitude.
