Business Analyst role
The Business Analyst role aids the entire Member Operations organization, formed by the Originations, Collections, Member Insights, Business Controls and Solutions & Support Services centers of excellence, by leveraging business insight with data analysis skills to make knowledgeable recommendations for business decisions.
Business Analysts are integral in implementing and managing incentive compensation plans that motivate and reward employees to achieve sales performance. Business Analysts are in constant contact with English-speaking C-level and upper management executives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement and manage the Incentive Compensation Program.
- Gather, clean and transform data from various sources to ensure accuracy for analysis.
- Identify patterns, trends and relationship within data to conduct data analysis.
- Present findings in a clear and concise manner through dashboards, reports and presentations.
- Participate in monitoring and measuring the satisfaction of the need for information from internal and external users
- Work collaboratively with peers and other business partners to complete projects, resolve dependencies, and implement performance reports.

REQUIREMENTS:
- English speaking (90% written and verbal)
- Conceptual and practical thinking.
- Broad knowledge of, and the ability to write and apply advanced business analysis concepts, practices, and procedures related to assigned area
- Ability to communicate effectively through excellent verbal and written communication skills, including clear and compelling data visualization.
- Detail analysis oriented, and ability to grasp new concepts and ideas quickly
- Computer literate with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, SQL, Power BI, Talend and applications utilized in the assigned line of business.
- High sense of urgency and focus on the assigned functions
- High orientation to satisfaction with internal and external customer.
