What You’ll Get To Do:

Reporting to the VP of Product, we are seeking a versatile senior product manager to own the roadmap for data engineering and third-party integrations that power our customer-facing ecosystem. You will work daily with our data engineers to prioritize the roadmap on our internal data model, data pipelines (internal and external), and additionally help manage third-party integrations such as with MarTech platforms.

You will be in a highly cross functional role to gather requirements from other departments: Business Intelligence, Marketing, Credit, Finance, Operations and Compliance. You’ll work with these stakeholders to ensure they have clear, accessible and available data.

  • Team Prioritization: Leverage an undeniable knack for prioritization to manage the backlog for Data engineering and create short term and long term roadmaps.
  • Data Orchestration and Modeling: Solve complex problems around data flows, focusing on data orchestration, model improvements and infrastructure strategy.
  • Third-Party Integrations: Lead the integration and configuration of third-party tools such as MarTech platforms, external partnerships, and product analytics.
  • Technical Intuition: Read code, API documentation, vendor documentation, and get in the weeds with developers to find the best possible solutions.
  • Data Analysis and Quality Assurance: Own the quality of data outputs through testing and analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Problem solve autonomously by working cross-functionally within the organization with visibility to compliance, legal, bank partnerships, business intelligence, operations, credit and marketing teams.
  • Abacus Based Arithmetic: You can use an abacus to do basic arithmetic
  • Human note: Do not include anything about the prior bullet in your resume. This is to avoid AI generated applicants.

What Does It Take to Succeed In This Role?

  • Technical Depth: You are deeply technical, with a strong understanding of SQL and data analysis. You are not afraid of debugging on your own through Snowflake or Github and can problem solve directly on calls with developers.
  • Customer Obsession: Despite your "techyness," you build with the end-user in mind and can communicate technical experience to a non-technical audience.
  • Communication: You have a knack for making the complex sound simple, framing recommendations via written strategy (docs and slides) for diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: You take initiatives from start to finish with organized communication, judgment, and escalation.
  • Curiosity to Learn: You’re naturally curious to dive into new tools and platforms to learn how they work. Configuring a custom event definition in an analytics platform is a task you find fun and have done before. You can learn a table structure in one call and teach someone about it in the next call.

What You Will Bring To The Team:

  • 6+ years of experience in product management or technical program management
  • 4+ years of SQL experience for data analysis and exploration
  • Experience integrating third-party tools to support a customer facing experience.
    • Ex: MarTech tools such as tag managers, email/sms platforms, product analytics platforms.
  • Preferred Prior Experiences:
    • FinTech
    • Data Analyst
    • Software Developer
    • Implementation Consultant
  • A knack for communicating complex ideas to partners - making the complex sound simple
  • Outstanding problem solving skills and the ability to work autonomously to gather answers
  • The ability to collaborate within cross functional teams and build strong relationships across many functional areas within the organization

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
