About the Role
Help ensure patients receive the coordinated, compassionate care they deserve. As a Physician Services Clinical Coordinator, you'll serve as the central point of connection between providers, patients, caregivers, and healthcare partners, helping navigate complex healthcare needs and ensuring care plans are carried out smoothly and efficiently. Through thoughtful coordination, communication, and follow-through, you'll help create a seamless care experience for elderly and medically complex patients.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and building meaningful relationships while finding purpose in supporting patients and families. You'll coordinate services, manage provider orders, facilitate communication between care teams, support patient follow-up, and connect patients with the resources needed to support their health and well-being. Your attention to detail, proactive approach, and commitment to exceptional service will directly contribute to continuity of care, strong provider partnerships, and the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered healthcare.

- Home Office: Saginaw, MI
Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- CENA certification, MA certification, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in medical field or medical office setting
- Strong grasp of medical terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Reliable transportation with valid automobile insurance
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- Experience with geriatric population and/or caregivers
- Previous experience in care coordination or medical office management

Pay Range
$18 - $22 USD
