ABOUT OUR CORPORATE INTERNSHIPS

Interested in the strategy and operations behind creative work? Orchestra is hiring interns to join our business-side teams—where strategy meets execution.

  • Duration: January 5, 2026 - May 22, 2026
  • Location: Hybrid internships are based in New York, N.Y. (minimum 3 days/week in-office). 

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

As an intern on one of our business teams, you will…

  • Learn the fundamentals of business operations at a leading communications firm, specializing in Business Development, Business Operations, Talent & Culture, Marketing, or Finance & Accounting
  • Support team workflows and processes, helping ensure high-quality deliverables and seamless day-to-day execution
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings, building confidence in professional communication with both internal collaborators and external partners
  • Gain exposure to Orchestra’s capabilities, services, and organizational structure to better understand how different teams drive impact
  • Contribute to internal initiatives such as knowledge management, reporting, or project coordination
  • Pitch in on a variety of team assignments, embracing new opportunities to learn and grow

Qualifications:

  • Rising college junior or senior, postgraduate student, or non-student with relevant interest or experience
  • Strong communicator with solid writing, research, and presentation skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable navigating fast-paced, dynamic work environments
  • Proactive and eager to contribute to team operations, special projects, and collaborative work
  • Professional and clear in verbal and written communication with colleagues at all levels
  • Curious about business strategy, communications, project management, or client services
  • Familiar with tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets); bonus if you’ve used Microsoft Office or project management platforms like Asana, Notion, or Smartsheet
  • Bonus points for an interest in media, communications, or current events

INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS AVAILABLE FOR SPRING 2026

Business Development: Our Growth team supports firm-wide initiatives by developing business strategies, producing internal research and external-facing materials like proposals and pitch decks, and leading marketing efforts across Orchestra and its companies. This is a high-impact, collaborative role that offers hands-on experience in research, strategy, and communications. (Please note: This is not a finance or sales role.)

Business Operations: The Operations team keeps Orchestra running smoothly and scaling smartly. As an operations intern, you’ll support projects that improve internal systems, workflows, and communication. From rolling out new tools to refining processes, you’ll get hands-on experience in the behind-the-scenes work that powers a growing company. You'll gain exposure to strategic planning, change management, and the operational foundations that enable teams to do their best work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, values efficiency, and is curious about how organizations operate from the inside out.

Channel Strategy: The Channels team ensures that every story reaches the right audience, on the right platform, at the right moment. We develop and execute cross-channel strategies that amplify visibility and engagement, grow audiences, and foster community. This team plays a vital role in connecting Orchestra’s storytelling to the world—turning powerful ideas into impact across platforms like social media, email, and paid media.

Talent & Culture: Our Talent team powers the people behind our work—leading recruitment, hiring operations, and internal talent initiatives across Orchestra and its companies. As a Talent intern, you’ll assist in building a best-in-class candidate experience, learn how to manage applicant tracking systems, support interview logistics, and gain exposure to inclusive hiring practices.. This is a great opportunity for someone curious about people operations or recruiting who wants to see how talent strategy comes to life inside a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.

Finance & Accounting: The Finance team at Orchestra helps steward the financial health of the firm, working across teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and client finance. As a Finance intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience with financial reporting, data analysis, and strategic planning. You'll also support integration work with new partner companies and contribute to initiatives that drive efficiency and growth. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys numbers, systems thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.

Marketing: Our Marketing team shapes how Orchestra shows up in the world—building our brand, telling compelling stories, and connecting with audiences across channels. As a Marketing intern, you’ll support content creation, campaign development, and digital strategy, gaining hands-on experience in everything from social media to brand storytelling. You’ll help craft narratives that amplify our impact and engage key audiences. This role is ideal for someone who’s creative, detail-oriented, and excited about translating ideas into powerful communications.
