ABOUT THIS ROLE
Orchestra is seeking a Manager, Brand Partnerships to help develop and execute strategic collaborations across hospitality, consumer, culture, and real estate, playing a key role in advancing opportunities across the agency’s client portfolio. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience taking partnerships from concept to activation, strong creative instincts, and a talent for relationship management.
We’re looking for someone who thinks big, moves quickly, and operates with curiosity, with their finger on the pulse of culture and where it’s headed. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in execution and project management, and who’s excited to bring partnership ideas to life in close collaboration with senior leadership.
Note: This role is based in New York, N.Y. on a hybrid schedule, the team is in office 3 days per week.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As Manager, Brand Partnerships you will:
- Support the development and execution of brand partnership initiatives across the Orchestra portfolio
- Collaborate closely with Vice Presidents and senior team members to implement partnership strategies and bring approved concepts to life
- Conduct research and outreach to identify culturally relevant brands, events, and potential collaborators aligned with client objectives
- Assist in developing partnership proposals, decks, outreach materials, and activation plans
- Manage day-to-day communication with partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
- Coordinate logistics related to sponsorships, brand collaborations, and event integrations
- Track timelines, deliverables, and partnership performance metrics to ensure work stays on schedule and aligned with client goals
- Support client participation in high-impact cultural moments (e.g., Art Basel, SXSW, Formula 1, Aspen Ideas Festival) by helping assess fit, coordinating involvement, and managing execution details
- Build and nurture professional relationships with emerging brands and partners in relevant industries
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of relevant experience in brand partnerships, marketing, events, experiential, or client services
- Experience supporting the execution of partnerships, collaborations, or sponsorship activations
- Familiarity with industries such as real estate, hospitality, luxury, sport, fashion, entertainment, art, or travel
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Strong rolodex of brand contacts and partners
- Creative, outside-the-box thinker who is deeply tapped into culture and consistently brings fresh, relevant ideas to the table
- Experience preparing client-facing materials and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agency environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Existing professional relationships in relevant industries are a plus
WORKING AT ORCHESTRA
Salary (commensurate with experience and skills): $90,000 – $110,000
