ABOUT THIS ROLE
We’re seeking a Director of Influencer Marketing to lead strategic creator, influencer and celebrity programs for our Public Affairs practice, representing clients across healthcare, technology policy, land use, education, infrastructure and other policy-driven sectors
This role is designed for a modern influence strategist who understands how credibility, authority and cultural relevance shape public opinion and drive meaningful outcomes — from stakeholder trust and community support to policy awareness and reputational impact.
You will architect programs that translate complex policy issues and public-facing initiatives into compelling, creator-led storytelling. You understand how influence operates in the public affairs space, where trust, transparency and community engagement are critical and you know what moves audiences across awareness, education, advocacy and reputation.
This role requires both big-picture strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will collaborate across public affairs, PR, digital, content, paid media and community engagement teams to build integrated programs that connect online engagement with real-world impact, including public sentiment, stakeholder alignment and policy outcomes.
Role location: This role is based in our New York, N.Y. or Washington, D.C. office on a hybrid basis. The Impact team is in-office at least 3 days per week.
