Osano is hiring a Head of Marketing to design, nurture, and scale the next chapter of our go-to-market strategy. This role reports directly to the CEO and calls for a creative, collaborative, and visionary leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. This is someone who can inspire a shared vision, amplify our voice in the privacy and GRC space, and build a brand that is both bold and trusted.  

You will lead a talented team in creating marketing that truly connects. You will transform market insights into opportunity, shape stories that resonate deeply with our audience, and deliver campaigns that drive growth and engagement. You’ll work closely with company leadership to align marketing with our mission and goals, while staying connected to the details—experimenting with new ideas, refining messaging, measuring impact, and ensuring everything we put into the world reflects our values.

The Role 

Drive Demand 

  • Architect a demand generation engine that’s omnichannel, measurable, and deeply connected to customer needs. 
  • Consistently meet and exceed pipeline targets while staying ahead of market shifts. 
  • Test, learn, iterate, and invest in what works. 

Own Product Marketing 

  • Turn product innovation into market shifting narratives. 
  • Define positioning and messaging that resonate with buyers and industry influencers. 
  • Equip Sales with the insights, content, and tools to accelerate deals. 

Elevate the Osano Brand 

  • Make Osano the name in privacy tech and adjacent GRC/security circles. 
  • Build relationships with analysts, influencers, and industry leaders. 
  • Create content, campaigns, and events that our audience actually wants to engage with. 

Lead and Scale the Team 

  • Recruit, develop, and inspire top talent across demand gen, product marketing, and brand. 
  • Foster a culture of creativity, speed, and accountability. 
  • Align marketing closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success for a seamless GTM motion. 


About You

  • You have 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with 5+ years leading high-performing teams—ideally in high-growth, venture-backed environments. 
  • You’ve built and scaled demand generation engines that deliver measurable, repeatable pipeline growth across paid, organic, partner, event, and content channels. 
  • You are comfortable being hands-on—whether that’s crafting campaign copy, refining messaging, analyzing performance data, or jumping into a launch plan. 
  • You have experience elevating a brand from solid to category-defining through compelling storytelling, differentiated positioning, and high-impact campaigns. 
  • You have strong product marketing instincts and a track record of turning product innovation into market-shifting narratives that win competitive deals. 
  • You are naturally curious, quick to learn, and relentlessly customer-focused—bonus if you know the privacy, data governance, or compliance space! 
  • You are collaborative, adaptable, and committed to fostering a positive, high-performing marketing culture focused on growth + development!

Compensation

Based on your skills and experience, you can expect your annual base compensation to be between $200,000 and $250,000. We want everyone at Osano to have a stake in our success, so you'll also receive stock options upon joining the company.
