The Team:

The Growth team (Growth & Business Operations, Account Management, Patient Marketing, and Data & Analytics) is a critical team at Oshi, responsible for driving company growth, growing our provider and care operations teams sustainably, and optimizing conversion and retention throughout the entire funnel. Our team is scrappy, analytical, highly strategic, and interacts with every part of the business to support business Objectives.

The Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic and collaborative Senior Manager, Growth & BizOps to spearhead our growth and capacity optimization initiatives and support scaling our business at this critical inflection point. This leader will oversee a cross-functional group of stakeholders to drive improvement in both conversion and schedule and appointment efficiency - reducing missed and cancelled appointments, recovering excess capacity, and optimizing the onboarding/pre-appointment experience.  In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with teams across the business, including Clinical, Commercial, Account Management, Marketing, Finance, and Product to ensure Oshi Health can scale sustainably. This hands-on position involves acquiring a deep understanding of our business and metrics, identifying areas of opportunity in risk to growth and capacity, and driving improvement through rapid and thoughtful experimentation. Additionally, this role will work closely with the Senior Director, Growth & BizOps to support broader strategic growth initiatives. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Optimization from Appointment Booking to Completion: Drive experimentation and improvements through appointment booking, pre-appointment experience and appointment completion to optimize conversion and clinical capacity efficiency, ensuring that patients can access the care they need.
  • Balance Critical Business Objectives: Be responsible for ensuring both our conversion and capacity are scaling efficiently in line with rapid demand growth, balancing operational (patient experience, provider experience) and financial goals to ensure we achieve scale in a cost-effective manner.
  • Lead a Cross-Functional Working Group & Connect Key Teams: Lead a dedicated squad of cross-functional stakeholders (Clinical Operations, Care Operations, Marketing, Product, Analytics) to drive decision-making around optimization and growth.
  • Deeply Understand our Business: Query, organize, and analyze large amounts of data to identify trends in demand, conversion, and capacity; bring a high level of analytical rigor to help us deeply understand our business and identify opportunities to optimize.
  • Prioritize Areas of Focus to Drive Impact: Set long-term goals for the function and prioritize analyses, experiments, and process improvements, etc., balancing delivering actionable insights and impact against longer-term goals.
  • Work alongside the Senior Director, Growth & BizOps to support broader strategic growth initiatives.

Who You Are:

You have 5-7 years of experience in highly strategic and analytical roles; MBA or prior consulting experience a plus.

  • Data-Driven Decision-Maker: You excel at interpreting data and transforming it into actionable insights and recommendations. You are adept at data visualization and storytelling techniques and can easily spot patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement in product performance. You thrive on using data to inform decisions.
  • Cross-functional Leader: You have experience in client-facing or cross-functional roles. You have proven ability to lead processes and manage stakeholders on diverse teams to facilitate decision-making and achieve shared goals.
  • Collaborative Communicator: You possess excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. You are a natural at aligning teams around a shared vision. You excel at effectively communicating complex ideas to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinker: You have strong business acumen and ability to see how the “pieces” fit together to understand, anticipate, and solve business needs across the business. 
  • Growth Mindset: You are excited to take on new challenges across a wide range of biz ops and partnership projects. You are curious and eager to learn.
  • Technical Proficiency: You are proficient in using data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) to query, organize, and analyze data and to track, analyze, and optimize performance.

Oshi utilizes the entire compensation range, and we expect candidates offered positions with our company to fall widely throughout the range.The candidate we hire may have more experience (or less) than what is outlined in this job description. If that’s the case, an updated level and salary range will be shared during the hiring process.

Compensation Range

$140,000 - $160,000 USD
