Role Overview
As our Sr. Manager of Organic Social you'll own Oshi Health's organic social and influencer strategy — building brand awareness, trust, and community among people living with digestive health conditions. You'll shape how our brand shows up across Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels, and cultivate creator relationships that amplify our mission. This role is central to driving top- and mid-funnel growth in a high-impact, fast-moving digital health environment.

- Lead the creative briefing and workflow process, collaborating with content, design, and clinical teams to bring compelling stories to life
- Build and manage an organic-first influencer program end-to-end — from sourcing and contracting to briefing, whitelisting, and performance tracking
- Balance evergreen brand storytelling with trend-responsive content that feels authentic and resonant for GI audiences
- Own social reporting and testing, partnering with marketing analytics to connect social performance to brand and business outcomes
- Develop our community management approach — defining how we build, engage, and moderate spaces for gut health audiences
- Partner cross-functionally across Clinical, Product, Operations, and Patient Marketing teams to ensure social supports the full patient journey
What We're Looking For — Qualifications & Requirements
Required
- 4+ years of experience leading organic social media strategy with a track record of audience growth and measurable impact
- Proven end-to-end ownership of influencer campaigns and partnerships, including sourcing, contracting, briefing, and performance evaluation
- Deep fluency in organic social performance metrics and social media management tools (e.g., Vista Social, Sprout Social, Sprinklr, or similar)
- Strong strategic instincts paired with hands-on execution skills — you're as comfortable setting direction as you are doing the work
- Exceptional communication skills and sound judgment around brand voice, accuracy, and compliance
Preferred
- Strong writing skills with an ability to adapt tone and format across platforms
- Experience working in digital health, a regulated industry, or another trust-driven consumer category
- Drive cross-channel synergy with paid social, SEO, PR and events, and others
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $110,000 – $130,000 (commensurate with experience) with annual bonus eligibility & equity
- Health Benefits: 90% employee premiums paid for medical, dental, and vision coverage
- Time Off: Flexible PTO + paid holidays + 1 floating holiday
- Retirement: Eligibility to contribute to 401(k)
- Work Style: Remote-first flexibility
