The FP&A team at Oura plays an important part in delivering our company mission. We are a highly visible function responsible for delivering mission-critical analytics and insights to leadership and key stakeholders. To further our impact, we are looking for a Manager to join our Operations FP&A team. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Operations FP&A and will partner across Supply Chain and Data functions.
As the Finance Manager of Operations Excellence, you will be the primary architect of our financial transformation initiatives and implementations of new financial frameworks and tool. This is a high-impact leadership role designed to bridge the foundational gap between our current operational state and our vision of a world-class, AI-forward supply chain finance function. You will lead high-stakes project management across process engineering and systems transformation, focusing on the maturation of our supply chain finance capabilities. You will have the mandate to redesign processes spanning data ingestion, insight democratization, and financial planning to support the rapid scale and complexity of our hardware operations. You will leverage your experience building and managing supply chain finance functions as well as your close partnership with the core team that supports existing planning and analysis, to ensure our transformational agenda sustainably supports the long term requirements of the business.
What You will do
- Partner closely with executive leadership; including the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Supply Chain Officer, and other senior stakeholders, to drive planning and analytics strategy within the supply chain
- Own the development and execution of the team’s Maturity Scorecard, moving the function toward best-in-class standards in data integrity, process automation, and decision support
- Lead oversight of the design and implementation of the FP&A Operations suite of EPM modules, ensure the system architecture meets future scalability needs
- Architect the team’s AI strategy, documenting high-value use cases for diagnosis and addressing cost drivers; Collaborate with the Data team to prioritize the implementation of AI-driven dashboards and predictive forecasting tools to improve team speed and efficiency
- Own the transition from process design to MVP creation for transformational initiatives and new financial frameworks, collaborating with FP&A SMEs to operationalize new frameworks into the daily cadence of the business
- Serve as a key advisor to Finance and Supply Chain leadership, providing detailed financial analysis for cost-saving initiatives and complex business cases
- Act as a technical mentor to the broader finance team, elevating organizational capabilities in systems thinking, AI application, and process design
Requirements
We would love to have You on our team, if You have:
- 8+ years of FP&A experience
- 5+ years building and/or operating a supply chain finance function, including budget responsibility
- Experience managing capital investments related to plants, machinery, and other supply chain infrastructure
- Hands-on experience implementing or operating modern EPM platforms (e.g., Pigment, Anaplan, etc)
- Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to automate financial workflows and improve data quality is preferred
- Financial experience including general knowledge of US GAAP, full P&L familiarity, and a deep understanding of hardware cost structures, including standard vs. actual cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing price variance (PPV)
- Experience influencing executive level decision-makers and ability to articulate complex financial and operational concepts to non-finance stakeholders
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, experience working with data visualization tools (eg. Tableau) preferred
- Strong proficiency working in ERP systems (Netsuite preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field; Advanced degree (MBA) or professional certification is highly desirable
- Desire to succeed in an innovative and entrepreneurial environment: intellectual curiosity, proactive self-starter attitude, and high integrity

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

- Region 3 $117,300 - $138,000
