Ōura seeks a results-driven Senior  Retail Marketing Manager for Latin America Retail to drive marketing activities and partnerships with key partners, including Falabella, Liverpool, Mercado Libre, Amazon, and others. Reporting to the Director of Retail Marketing, this role requires strategic and strong project management skills and seamless collaboration across internal cross-functional partners, including Sales, Marketing, GTM, and Sales OperationsYou will serve as the primary liaison, establishing and strengthening relationships with Latin America retail partners & distributors to deliver plans within budget. Success in this role requires a focus on executing marketing programs, driving customer acquisition and retention, and continuously optimizing our processes and toolset. You are customer-focused, driven to make Oura “our retail partner’s best partner,” and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Frequent travel to meet key accounts is required.

What You Will Do:

• Develop & execute marketing programs in partnership with internal and external marketing and creative teams to achieve business goals.
• Drive cross-functional execution of retail marketing programs to meet Oura business goals that are within agreed-upon budgets and KPIs.
• Coordinating and managing marketing brand assets and deliver on time to creative teams, while following-up and delivering to retail partners
• Track and optimize marketing programs, utilizing results to improve efficiency
• Serve as primary marketing point- of contact for Regional partners
• Analyze campaign and project performance, applying data and critical thinking to inform decisions and implement solutions
• Provide strategic input during the Retail Marketing goal creation process
• Influencing Regional Retail Marketing team and accounts they support
• Cultivate and maintain productive relationships, networking internally and eternally with marketing counterparts at Regional accounts
• Participating actively in interviewing and onboarding of new employees

This is a US remote role. 

What you'll bring

• 6+ years of experience in a Retail Channel Marketing/ Partner Marketing role
• Experience executing Retail/ Channel marketing activities and OPEX investments.
• Understanding how retailers measure and manage their businesses (CPC, CPA, LTV, ROAS)
• Understanding retail marketing levers that drive traffic in-store and online
• Excellent communicator, superb verbal and written communication
• Extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience working with retail partners building in-store experiences through permanent fixtures, temporary displays, staff training and education
• Experience maintaining comarketing and OPEX budgets with fiscal responsibility
• Highly effective at managing conflict. Is able to address issues between stakeholders swiftly in order to maintain a positive team spirit that is consistent with Ōura values
• Strong interpersonal skills, approachable and flexible
• Experience with navigating various organizational environments where culture and structure varies
• Bilingual - English & Spanish
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics

Ōura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

Region 2 $130,050 - $153,000
Region 3 $117,300 - $138,000
