Position Overview:
Join our team as a Digital Health Integration Specialist. You will be responsible for delivering innovative, client-focused digital health solutions. This role involves overseeing customer integrations, managing technical implementations, and ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives. You will collaborate across departments, act as a key liaison between external partners and internal stakeholders and contribute to revenue growth and enhanced client satisfaction.
You will have daily interaction with customers and partners and collaborate with Product Management, Product Development/Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams. You will work closely with our Software and Hardware Engineering teams to deliver exceptional solutions. Our distributed team collaborates across departments and with healthcare and medical record system experts to deliver impactful solutions while fostering autonomy.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Have a solid understanding of Digital Health products, including API and HL7 EMR integrations, as well as SSO implementations.
- Serve as the company’s go-to expert for Digital Health solutions.
- Manage Digital Health integration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, meet quality standards, and align with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external EMR partners and customers, offering trusted guidance on both technical and business needs.
- Create and update technical documentation, deployment guides, and user resources for both internal teams and external users.
- Demonstrate excellent presentation and troubleshooting skills, inspiring confidence and enthusiasm in your audience.
- Communicate technical solutions in a way that connects to business goals in an Agile work environment, aligning with client needs and company strategies.
- Lead technical presentations and implementation reviews with both internal teams and external partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5+ years’ experience in software implementations.
- Familiarity with data exchange protocols such as: JSON, FHIR, HL7, RESTful APIs, and VPNs.
- AWS infrastructure or experience with cloud-based solutions.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent critical thinking skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
