Position Overview:

We are looking for a People Operations, Services Specialist to provide end-to-end HR operational support for both our U.S. and Mexico organizations. This role will focus on ADP administration, HR reporting, and process optimization, while also playing a key role in employee experience through clear communication, timely updates, and seamless service delivery.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

ADP End-to-End Administration

  • Own all ADP processes: hires, rehires, terminations, employee changes, data updates, and reporting.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance across both U.S. and Mexico operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system or process issues promptly.

Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Build, maintain, and distribute HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Leverage advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, macros) for data analysis and reporting automation.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on HR metrics and workforce data.

 

Process Optimization & Documentation\

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline HR operations.
  • Maintain up to date process documentation, guides, and training materials.

 

Stakeholder Communication & Support

  • Partner closely with HR, Payroll, and business leaders to deliver timely, accurate, and clear updates.
  • Present data findings and process updates in a professional and engaging way.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and leaders regarding People Ops processes.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Services, or HRIS administration roles.
  • Hands on experience with ADP or similar HRIS platforms
  • High proficiency in Excel
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a high-energy, collaborative, and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech – savvy.
  • Intermediate - Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in Shared Services Operations.
  • Experience in Ticketing Systems.
