   Descripción General del Puesto

El puesto de asistente de calidad presta apoyo al equipo de ingeniería de calidad o de garantía de calidad en tareas relacionadas con iniciativas de calidad, documentación, actividades de calidad en las líneas de fabricación, estrategias de validación de procesos, no conformidades, investigación y seguimiento de fallos en productos/materiales y comunicación de datos de KPI.

Funciones y Responsabilidades Laborales Esenciales

• Apoyo a ingeniería de calidad en área de producción según sea necesario.
• Apoyar o ejecutar órdenes de cambio de ingeniería o documentación para mejorar los procesos.
• Soporte en iniciativas de calidad para la mejora continua.
• Soporte en proyectos de calidad para documentar, analizar y mantener hojas de presentación actualizadas.
• Ejecutar el proceso de material no conforme y coordinar las actividades de contención.
• Desarrollar alertas de calidad para diversos problemas de clientes, internos y proveedores.
• Apoyar en auditorías de calidad internas/externas.
• Notifica de cualquier situación de riesgo del producto al ingeniero de calidad.
• Soporte en actividades de calibración.
• Apoyar actividades adicionales, según lo asignado

Requisitos Mínimos:

• Estudios de licenciatura en alguna ingeniería. Puede ser carrera en curso o completa.
• Competente en el uso de herramientas Microsoft Office.
• Conocimientos básicos de estadística descriptiva.
• Centrado, orientado a objetivos, con una actitud positiva y resolutiva.
• Buenas habilidades interpersonales.
• Capacidad para comunicarse de manera eficaz.
• Persona altamente motivada, actitud positiva, facilidad de palabra y disposición para aprender.

Requisitos Preferentes

• Conocimiento básico en herramientas de solución de problemas.
• Conocimientos básicos de estadística inferencial.
• Ingles básico para escribir y leer.
