Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier customer support via phone, email, and live chat
- Troubleshoot technical and customer service-related issues quickly and effectively
- Handle high volumes of inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and operational issues
- Identify recurring issues and recommend solutions
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Payment and Invoice Processing
Requirements:
- 3+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced setting
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus
- Spanish a plus
