About the Role

Join us at Pacaso to own and elevate the buyer-facing experience (pacaso.com and native apps) that resonates with high-net-worth individuals. As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end product experience, ensuring it reflects the luxury and sophistication of the Pacaso brand while driving product-led demand through your expertise in SEO and growth strategies.

The right candidate is able to provide clear examples of past initiatives they’ve owned where they: 

  • Understood customer needs to tailor product experiences that drive results 
  • Significantly impacted lead conversion rates, focused on lead quality 
  • Developed and implemented SEO strategies that significantly increased organic search visibility and ranking.
  • Executed growth initiatives that drove measurable improvements in organic traffic and user acquisition.
  • Elevated product features that tailor to a luxury audience 
  • Leveraged machine learning (ML) and AI to scale personalized customer experiences and drive engagement at scale.

What you will do 

  • Customer-Centric Approach: Utilize strong customer empathy and intuition to inform product strategies that resonate with high-net-worth buyers, enhancing their overall experience, and inspiring them to purchase. 
  • End-to-End Ownership: Lead the strategy through execution of a seamless, high-touch buyer experience that aligns with the luxury standards of the Pacaso brand. Ensure that every interaction meets the expectations of our discerning clientele.
  • SEO & Growth Strategy: Leverage your deep knowledge of SEO best practices and creative strategies to optimize site content and architecture, driving organic traffic and elevating visibility in search engines while aligning with luxury branding.
  • Elevated Product Experiences: Strategically enhance product features and site experiences to captivate and engage high-net-worth individuals, ensuring that every aspect of the journey—from discovery to purchase—is exceptional and drives quality lead conversion. Identify and launch innovative features that enhance user engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction, aligning with the luxury ethos of Pacaso. AI is foundational, not an afterthought, in your product strategies. 
  • Data-Driven Insights: Monitor customer behavior and conversion metrics, establishing and tracking KPIs that inform a refined product roadmap. Share actionable insights with stakeholders to guide strategic enhancements.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product design, software development, sales, and marketing teams to deliver world-class product solutions that resonate with our target audience. You are an expert at driving alignment and fostering collaboration among stakeholders through data-driven storytelling and insights, balanced with intuition. You are great at building trust across teams.

About you

  • Proven track record of owning the end-to-end buyer experience and driving lead conversion through effective SEO and growth strategies, particularly in luxury markets.
  • Demonstrable experience in elevating product offerings to meet the standards of high-net-worth clientele while impacting conversion rates of quality (vs. quantity) leads.
  • Expert knowledge of conversion optimization and engagement strategies tailored to a luxury audience.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment with a relentless focus on customer experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • 8+ years of experience in consumer product development, either in product management or software engineering.

Salary 

  • Around $180k with equity (RSU)
