About the role: 

As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing and maintaining the systems, processes, and data that drive revenue-generating teams. Your core focus will be on managing and enhancing CRM (Salesforce) data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and automation — enabling better decision-making across the organization. This position is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about operational efficiency. 

 Responsibilities: 

1. CRM Data Management & Optimization 

  • Audit, cleanse, and standardize CRM data to ensure high integrity and usability 
  • Identify areas where data is inconsistent and improve accuracy 
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support cross-functional needs (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Overall Business). 
  • Pressure test CRM workflows and data pipelines to ensure scalability and reliability 

2. Revenue Insights & Reporting 

  • Analyze revenue performance metrics across the funnel (e.g., pipeline health, conversion rates, sales velocity) 
  • Generate adhoc reports to support overall GTM strategy 
  • Document data trends defined by Revenue Operations 

3. Process Design & Optimization 

  • Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies with how data is captured and leveraged day to day 
  • Develop and document scalable processes that improve cross-team alignment and operational consistency 
  • Work with sales and marketing stakeholders to refine process, data, and automation. 

4. Tool & Systems 

  • Manage integrations between CRM and other revenue tools 
  • Partner with IT or external vendors to scope system improvements and ensure smooth implementations 
  • Act as a power user for CRM and related platforms 

 

 

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience  
  • End to end project management 
  • Strong experience working with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Excel) 
  • Familiarity with data hygiene best practices, automation tools  
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and process-oriented mindset. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment 

 

Salary and Benefits: 

  • Competitive salary of $1250-1600 per month with potential annual performance-based increases
