Event Marketing Analyst
Pacvue establishing a local presence in LATAM, building out a new hub in Mexico City, where we plan to open an office soon. Roles will begin fully remote and transition to a hybrid schedule of three days per week in-office once the space is established. We’re seeking Mexico City–based candidates who are excited to help launch and scale this new location.

About the role:
This role plays a critical part in ensuring Pacvue’s events and activations run smoothly and professionally, directly supporting brand visibility and revenue-generating opportunities. By managing logistics, tracking attendance, and maintaining operational accuracy, this person enables the marketing and sales teams to focus on building meaningful customer relationships and driving growth.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate event logistics, including purchasing event tickets and branded collateral to support trade shows, conferences, and activations.
- Book and manage travel accommodations for team members, including hotel reservations and related arrangements within approved budgets.
- Track event registrations, attendee lists, and on-site participation to ensure accurate attendance reporting and follow-up.
- Support shipment and inventory management of event materials and promotional assets to and from event locations.
- Maintain detailed records of event expenses, invoices, and receipts to assist with budget tracking and reconciliation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely execution of event deliverables and post-event reporting.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, travel bookings, and logistics simultaneously.
- High attention to detail, particularly in tracking registrations, expenses, and event materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel/Sheets) for tracking budgets and attendance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
