PagerDuty is seeking a talented Digital Designer to join our Brand Creative team. In this role, you will conceptualize, design, and execute high-performing digital ads and campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. A key focus will be on creating visually compelling assets that encourage interaction with PagerDuty content across various digital channels. This position will work in close partnership with a dedicated copywriter to produce digital campaign assets that elevate our position in the market, inspire potential buyers, and drive action.
As an accomplished and creative B2B design expert, you will lead in the creation and standardization of digital ads, social assets, emails, landing pages, and other campaign materials, while also working to ideate and develop new directions for the overall PagerDuty brand. You will be responsible for all campaign design assets and work closely with Content Marketing, Global Campaigns, Performance Marketing teams and other stakeholders to build stunning, best-in-class campaign experiences that advance prospects and customers through every stage of the buying journey. In addition, along with the other designers and writers on the Brand team, you will help us push our creative in new and novel directions, generate new ideas for telling our brand story, and find new ways to bring the PagerDuty brand to life across multiple channels.
Our ideal candidate is a problem solver with a strong aesthetic sensibility. You have a collaborative attitude, a keen eye, and knowledge on what drives interest and conversion in the technical B2B market. You embrace feedback from multiple stakeholders and can translate it into winning creative. You have worked collaboratively on creative teams, either at an agency or in-house or both. You can shift priorities quickly and deliver great work under deadline pressure. You know what it takes to achieve campaign goals while following consistent brand principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Design: Develop visually stunning and effective digital ads, including banners, social media graphics, landing pages, and animated assets to drive traffic and engagement.
- Campaign Development: Partner with copywriters to align visuals with messaging and campaign objectives, emphasizing content-driven engagement.
- Performance Optimization: Work with Performance Marketing and Campaigns teams to understand ad performance data and iterate designs to improve traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with PagerDuty’s brand guidelines and voice while exploring creative approaches to stand out in competitive markets.
- Content Engagement: Design assets that encourage clicks and interaction with PagerDuty content, including blog posts, webinars, whitepapers, and case studies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to align designs with strategic objectives and timelines.
- Prototyping & Testing: Build prototypes and assist with A/B testing to ensure ads resonate with target audiences and drive content engagement.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in digital design, preferably within SaaS, B2B tech, or advertising environments.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects while ensuring the quality of creative deliverables.
- Portfolio showcasing high-performing digital ads and campaigns that drive traffic and engagement.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Experience designing for paid digital channels such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using AI tools to generate creative design variations, automate workflows, or optimize visual assets for digital campaigns.
- Familiarity with motion design and basic animation skills is a plus.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and how they influence ad performance and content engagement.
- Strong communications skills, connecting with various levels of stakeholders and audiences
