PagerDuty is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist (Marketo) to support the North America day-to-day, hands-on creation of marketing programs in alignment with the corporate Marketing Operations team, marketing and Company objectives. You will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and reporting of email, webinar, live event and integrated marketing programs in Marketo. This role is a localized version to better support the region and will work in close collaboration with other members of the Marketing team, you will leverage your understanding of marketing automation best practices and apply them to the execution of best-in-class programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create, develop, and monitor critical Marketo programs, such as engagement programs, trigger and batch email campaigns, tracking campaigns, web forms, webinar and event programs.
- Manage list uploads, program segmentations and implement best practices in database and contact management to increase data integrity and market reach across geographies.
- Implement marketing automation best practices and ensure proper end-to-end testing of programs prior to launch.
- Support the optimization and QA of established automated marketing program templates and workflows.
- Embrace a test and learn mindset; dig for actionable insight within data by applying response analysis, A/B testing and best practices to optimize all aspects of programs.
- Proactively monitor Marketo program performance and deliver insights and optimization recommendations to program stakeholders.
- Ensure all program assets and data management programs adhere to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and local email laws
- Be the subject matter expert and build rapport with the Marketers you partner with to drive efficiency and best in class execution.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing environment
- 1+ years of experience of Salesforce.com experience, including building campaigns and monitoring Marketo integration processes
- Strong grasp of marketing automation implementation best practices
- Excellent written and verbal skills, time management, organizational and problem solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven track record of building and executing marketing automation programs ( Marketo preferred). Marketo Certified Expert a plus!
- Experience working with Agile project management tools (Jira, Monday)
- BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar program, or equivalent work experience
The base salary range for this position is 78,000 - 122,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.
Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
