ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building and scaling our sales efforts, driving new business, and establishing a strong market presence in a new industry vertical. Your mission will be to identify and secure key accounts, develop strategic relationships, and close high-impact deals that fuel our growth.

SOME THINGS YOU MAY BE WORKING ON

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to logistics industry. Identify target customers, craft compelling value propositions, and execute outreach plans.
  • Lead efforts to break into the logistics/trucking industry, leveraging your expertise to understand market needs and position our solutions effectively.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Provide exceptional customer service and become a trusted advisor to our clients.
  • Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets, contributing directly to the company's growth.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and deliver seamless customer experiences. Provide feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  •  Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the sales process. Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously refine your approach to stay competitive.

YOU HAVE

  • Proven track record of 4+ years experience closing deals.
  • A combination of B2B SaaS and startup experience in your past. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Adept at managing complex sales cycles and navigating client relationships.
  • Strong organizational abilities, including the capacity to prioritize the sales funnel based on Engineering team availability and other relevant factors.
  • Ability to make critical decisions, even in ambiguous situations, demonstrating aptitude to make important judgment calls that impact the organization.

  • Direct Collaboration with CEO: Collaborate directly with our CEO, gaining invaluable exposure and insight into the company's vision and strategy.
