ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Product Manager at Pallet, you will play a critical role in shaping and refining our internal operations management systems, driving efficiency and accuracy for key business processes. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our product enables seamless workflows for invoicing, order processing, reporting, and financial controls.

You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and implementation teams to deliver solutions that address operational challenges. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate pain points into product features while maintaining a deep understanding of user needs across multiple business functions.

SOME THINGS YOU MAY BE WORKING ON

  • Oversee key operational workflows, focusing on enhancing processes related to validation, approvals, and transaction management.
  • Develop and implement solutions for automating and optimizing processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution across core functions like reporting and notifications.
  • Refine tools to provide better visibility into operational and financial metrics, improving decision-making and oversight.
  • Collaborate with users to identify and prioritize pain points, addressing workflow inefficiencies and delays in key processes.
  • Work with engineering to ensure accountability and traceability for critical actions through detailed system logging and tracking.
  • Improve the system's ability to handle complex configurations and ensure special cases are managed efficiently.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline financial and operational workflows, improving communication and proactive updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the ongoing development and enhancement of key features to ensure they meet business and user needs effectively.

YOU HAVE

  • 6+ years of B2B product management experience, preferably in a startup environment
  • Proven experience in product management roles focused on internal systems, operations, or financial processes.
  • Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, and reporting workflows in complex operational environments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and end users to prioritize and resolve operational challenges.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a passion for streamlining business operations and improving user experience.
  • Strong communication skills with a strategic mindset to translate business needs into actionable product features.

POSITION'S COMPENSATION RANGE

$165,000-195,000 and generous equity ✌️
