Your Role 

As a Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring product quality across complex migration and delivery phases, combining automation, performance testing, and AI-driven QA practices.

• Design and implement a comprehensive test strategy covering all migration phases and environments

• Execute functional testing including E2E scenarios, API contract testing (Pact), integration testing, and regression suites

• Conduct performance testing using K6/JMeter, validating scalability (18+ concurrent users, 95%+ success rate, <80s execution time)

• Build and maintain test automation pipelines integrated into CI/CD (unit → integration → E2E → performance)

• Develop smoke testing strategies for cutover readiness and production validation

• Manage test data lifecycle, including provisioning scripts and anonymization of production data

• Define and enforce quality gates within CI/CD pipelines

• Produce and maintain test deliverables: test strategies, automated suites, performance reports, and data scripts

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, DevOps, product) to ensure quality-first delivery

• Leverage observability tools (Dynatrace, ELK, Grafana) to monitor system behavior and validate performance

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in QA engineering / test automation

• Strong expertise in API testing and contract testing (Pact, RestAssured, Postman/Newman)

• Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, TestContainers)

• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (K6, JMeter)

• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)

• Experience working with test management tools (Jira, Xray)

• Knowledge of monitoring & observability tools (Dynatrace, ELK, Grafana)

• Proficiency in SQL and test data generation tools (Faker, Mockaroo)

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate cross-functionally

• English proficiency (B2+ or higher)
