• A library of rules and prompts defines coding standards, design principles, and security guidelines, ensuring enterprise-grade quality and scalability.
  With Gen-e2, we deliver end-to-end products 2–3× faster, while raising the bar for engineering excellence.

Your Role 

• Design, develop and maintain modern, scalable web applications using Blazor (Server & WebAssembly) and .NET ecosystem.
• Build reusable UI components and libraries aligned with clean architecture and design systems.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices and mentor junior developers within the team.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay up to date with emerging front-end technologies and propose innovative solutions.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development with strong expertise in .NET / C# ecosystem.
• Proven experience building applications using Blazor (Server and/or WebAssembly).
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end architecture principles.
• Experience with component-based development, state management, and UI performance optimization.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth), and integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of software design principles (SOLID, Clean Architecture).
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Azure or other cloud platforms is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) to collaborate in an international environment
