About the Role:

Pango is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Product Management to lead our product team and drive the strategic direction of our product portfolio. As the Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, launch, and lifecycle of products that align with our business objectives and enabling engagement and growth for the Business to Business to Consumer (B2B2C) operating unit. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure that our products meet market demands and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Day to Day:

  • Engage with executive stakeholders to define the product strategy and development of growth initiatives.

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed. 

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of a product roadmap that reflects market opportunities, customer needs, and business priorities.

  • Define new market opportunities and work closely with our Marketing team to build GTM plans and improve engagement and adoption of Pango’s products. 

  • Be incredibly truth-seeking. Collect whatever data is necessary to inform product direction, whether in the form of competitive intel, user behavior, or other business metrics. 

  • Make tradeoff decisions based on technical, business insights, and experimentation

  • Monitor and measure launched products and feed insights back into the product development process to drive growth

  • Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, from internal stakeholders to Pango executives, employees, and users

What you bring to the table:

  • 10+ years product experience, with at least 5 years leading a team that delivered highly successful and innovative SaaS products 

  • Experience building and leading teams in a fast faced B2B OR B2B2C SaaS organization.  

  • Experience working across multiple teams and managing complex network of stakeholders

  • Obsession with details and data-driven decision making

  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute long-term product strategies.

  • Customer-centric approach to building, experimenting, and iterating products

  • Experience with international product management and scaling products globally.

  • Proven ability with core product management disciplines such as Agile development, User experience, GTM planning, and market research.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.

It would be great if you also had:

  • Experience in Identity or cyber security related products 

  • Computer science undergraduate degree or other engineering degree equivalent

Pay range for this position is $210,000 - $235,000 per year but may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
