About the Role
As a Data Modelling Associate within DnA’s Portfolio Analytics team, you’ll play a key role in transforming data into a strategic asset. You’ll work cross-functionally to design analytics that drive investment decisions, enhance client transparency, and fuel operational performance.
From building prototypes to deploying strategic data solutions, you’ll help deliver the data products that power Pantheon’s analytics platform.
What You’ll Do
- Unlock insights from large, complex datasets to support business strategy
- Design and build data models that enable reporting, forecasting, and analysis
- Collaborate across Technology, Investment, Finance, and Portfolio Management teams
- Build dashboards and tools using SQL, Python, Databricks, Tableau/Power BI, and Excel
- Contribute to data governance, quality assurance, and process improvement
- Support Pantheon’s innovation and data transformation initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in analytics, data engineering, BI, or data management roles
- Advanced skills in SQL and Python (especially Pandas, NumPy)
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or similar tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) and ETL workflows
- Ability to translate business needs into technical data solutions
- Meticulous, curious, and solutions-focused mindset
Nice to Have:
- Experience in private markets, fund-of-funds, or financial services
- Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data lineage

Expected base salary range: $110,000 - $120,000
Actual base salary is determined by a range of factors including individual experience, skills and qualifications.
In addition to the above salary, Pantheon offers a generous employee benefits package and successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus
