Investor Relations | International Private Wealth Team

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our International Private Wealth team, part of the broader Investor Relations function. Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a unique opportunity to play a central role in shaping and delivering new product initiatives across our private equity, private debt, infrastructure and real assets strategies, while supporting business development across international markets, including the US.

This is a highly visible role at the intersection of product strategy, investor engagement and market expansion.


The Opportunity

You will lead the research, analysis and execution of new and existing product initiatives, driving fund launches from concept through to implementation. Working cross-functionally with investment, legal, compliance, risk, marketing and operations teams, you will help translate market insight into compelling investment solutions for the international private wealth channel.

Following an extensive training period, the role will also become externally facing, supporting client engagement and strategic partnerships alongside senior team members.


Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Fund Launches

  • Lead the end-to-end launch process for new funds, ensuring alignment with market demand and strategic objectives.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to design fund strategies, structures and documentation.

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and due diligence to assess product viability and opportunity.

  • Prepare high-quality product materials and presentations for senior leadership review.

Stakeholder & Project Management

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Coordinate across investment, operations, technology, marketing and finance teams to ensure seamless execution.

  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and delivery.

Market Expansion & Distribution

  • Support the expansion of existing products into new international markets.

  • Contribute to connecting funds to key distribution platforms (e.g. Clearstream, Euroclear).

  • Conduct regulatory reviews, competitor benchmarking and distribution analysis to inform market entry strategies.

  • Collaborate with distribution partners and internal sales teams to enhance product adoption and market presence.

Strategic Partnerships & Investor Support

  • Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, financial advisers, distribution partners and service providers.

  • Support the development of strategic partnerships that broaden distribution and enhance market access.

  • Work closely with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders to deliver a consistently high-quality investor experience.


About You

You are analytical, commercially minded and service-driven, with a passion for product development and investor relations. You combine strong technical understanding with the interpersonal skills required to build trusted, long-term relationships.

Technical Expertise

  • Strong knowledge of private markets, particularly private equity and/or private debt/credit and/or infrastructure/real assets.

  • Experience managing Luxembourg and/or Irish domiciled funds.

  • Detailed understanding of fund structuring and product development processes.

  • Strong knowledge of the private wealth market.

  • Experience with CRM systems.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience & Skills

  • Demonstrable relevant experience (Senior Associate level).

  • Degree educated; professional qualifications (e.g. IMC) advantageous.

  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High levels of professionalism, discretion and sound judgement.

  • Strong analytical capability and initiative.

  • Additional language skills (e.g. Spanish or Mandarin) are beneficial.
