As a practice coordinator at Parker & Ace, you'll be ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and their furry companions. Your dedication to animals and clients will make a significant impact in this multifaceted role.

What You'll Do:

Front Desk Duties:

• Greet and welcome clients with a friendly demeanor.
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment book.
• Answer client inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Escort clients and their pets to examination rooms.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Educate clients on basic care and medication administration.
