Position Overview 

The GTM Systems Analyst will oversee the entire GTM technology stack, ensuring that systems are properly configured, integrated, and aligned with business needs. You will work cross-functionally to support Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and our Channel partners to support Parsec’s Go-To-Market strategy. You will be responsible for building out and managing the technology infrastructure to continue our growth trajectory. 

 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Salesforce Administration: oversee roadmaps, prioritize tasks, manage permissions and resolve technical issues. Implement system changes to address the changing requirements of the organization. 
  • Tools Management: Oversee and optimize the existing integration of organization tools including Salesforce (CRM), Channeltivity, PandaDoc, Gong, Pardot, & ZoomInfo as well as integration and optimization of future tools 
  • CPQ Implementation: Play a key role in the implementation of a CPQ system, working closely with integration partners to design the right tool to meet the needs of the business 
  • Data Analysis: Make data accessible, conduct detailed analyses, and identify gaps and areas for improvement. 
  • Territory Management: Oversee and optimize territory assignments within Salesforce, ensuring alignment with sales strategies and account-based targets.   
  • Reporting and Analytics: Build and optimize SFDC dashboards and reports to provide insights for leadership and business stakeholders. 
  • Process Improvement: use your expertise to provide recommendations to increase efficiency across the whole customer journey (Lead to Cash) 
  • Utilize tools like Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) or SFDC Data Loader to manipulate, validate, and update large datasets. 
  • Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, processes, and best practices for future reference and troubleshooting. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, operations, partnerships and finance to foster cross-functional collaboration  

 

What We Look For: 

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 3-5 years of experience with Salesforce Administration with a proven track record of successful projects and implementations  
  • Software (SaaS) industry experience preferred  
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification 
  • Can think in terms of simplicity and scalability in Salesforce as well as our overall tech stack. Have a knack for listening and interpreting user requirements and then turning them into action 
  • Proven expertise in managing and optimizing Salesforce, including knowledge of data structures, flows, reports, and integrations 
  • Experience with CPQ systems implementation and administration (Salesforce CPQ experience preferred) 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address data gaps and system inefficiencies 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams 
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and driving change 

 

Nice to Have, but not Required: 

  • Hands on experience with Gong, ZoomInfo, Pardot, Channeltivity, LinkedIn Sales Nav, and Ruddr  
  • Experience working at fast growing company 
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards (OFAC, GDPR, CCPA etc.) 
  • BI tool experience 
  • Proficient in SQL  

 

Benefits:                                                     

  • $80,000-$110,000 (base salary is commensurate with experience and adjusted based on geographic location)
