Role Summary 

As a Marketing Automation Administrator, you will support email marketing execution, campaign reporting, and audience management for the Demand Generation team. You will own email operations within Pardot, ensuring compliance, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking. Additionally, you will oversee marketing analytics and reporting, including ownership of Corral, our newly implemented analytics tool. While prior experience with Corral is not required, strong critical and analytical thinking skills are essential to extract insights and optimize marketing performance. 

This is a remote position open to candidates based in the United States. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Email Campaign Execution – Build and schedule email marketing campaigns, ensuring accuracy in audience segmentation and suppression lists. 
  • Compliance & Best Practices – Maintain CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other regulatory compliance across email initiatives. 
  • A/B Testing & Optimization – Conduct subject line, CTA, and content tests to improve engagement rates. 
  • Campaign & Marketing Analytics Reporting – Own campaign reporting and analyze key performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, bounce rates, unsubscribe rates) to identify areas for optimization. 
  • Corral Tool Ownership – Manage and leverage Corral for marketing analytics and reporting (prior experience not required). 
  • Basic Salesforce & Pardot Administration – Manage Pardot email lists, basic lead routing, and campaign integration with Salesforce. 
  • Cross-Team Collaboration – Work with demand generation, creative, and sales teams to align email campaigns with larger marketing initiatives. 

 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 1-3 years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or marketing analytics. 
  • Proficiency in Pardot (or a similar marketing automation platform). 
  • Basic familiarity with Salesforce, including campaign reporting. 
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills—ability to interpret data and provide insights to improve marketing efforts. 
  • Experience with email best practices, including compliance and A/B testing. 
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills. 

 

Skills 

  • Marketing automation tools (Pardot, HubSpot, or similar). 
  • Email performance tracking (open rates, CTRs, engagement). 
  • Marketing analytics & campaign reporting. 
  • HTML for email (basic-level proficiency is a plus). 
  • Audience segmentation & list management. 
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data for decision-making.
