Marketing Coordinator
Paslay Group is the premier, full-service consulting firm providing Executive Program Management for complex capital development programs and enterprise-level business advisory strategies to increase revenue, control costs, improve performance, and ensure long-term success. Founded in 2006 by former industry executives, we bring deep expertise and a proven track record of delivering strategic results.
Paslay Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help elevate our brand and support business development across our aviation and infrastructure-focused markets. In this role, you will manage day-to-day digital, content, and creative activities, with a particular focus on keeping our website, email, and social channels fresh, on-brand, and results-driven. This is a great opportunity for a versatile marketer who enjoys moving between web updates, writing, light design, and campaign execution in a collaborative environment.
The position is based on-site at our Fort Worth, TX office.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Own day-to-day updates to the company website, including news posts, project spotlights, staff bios, and service pages, ensuring content is accurate, current, and visually compelling.
- Plan, build, and schedule social media content (primarily LinkedIn) that highlights project wins, staff expertise, firm culture, and thought leadership.
- Support email campaigns (newsletters, event invitations, client updates), including basic list segmentation and tracking performance metrics such as open and click-through rates.
- Draft and edit short-form content for web, email, and social that clearly explains our projects, services, and people in client-friendly language.
- Create and update on-brand visual materials using templates (presentations, one-pagers, project sheets, capability statements, flyers, simple infographics, and digital graphics).
- Collaborate on incremental improvements to site layout and UX within existing templates, enhancing usability and visual impact while staying within brand and platform constraints.
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries (images, logos, templates, campaign files) so materials are easy to find and reuse.
- Assist with logistics and materials for conferences, trade shows, webinars, and client events, including follow-up communications.
- Track basic digital performance metrics (social engagement, email metrics, key website traffic) and share simple insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or design, ideally in professional services, consulting, AEC, aviation, or other B2B environments.
- Hands-on experience creating digital content for social media, email, and websites, plus basic experience with visual assets such as presentations, flyers, or social graphics.
- Experience updating or maintaining websites using a content management system (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, or similar).
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts and adapt tone across channels.
- Proficiency with design/layout tools (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva) and strong PowerPoint skills.
- Comfort working with basic digital metrics and tools such as Google Analytics or native platform analytics.
- Strong organization and time management; able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
- Collaborative, service-minded approach to working with business development leaders, technical staff, and senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with email marketing or marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with CRM systems, SEO best practices, and basic HTML/CSS.
- Background or interest in aviation, transportation, higher education, or AEC industries.
