Job Summary
PatientPoint is undergoing an enterprise-wide Transformation to accelerate growth, improve operational performance, and unlock value across the business. As part of the Value Creation Plan (VCP), the Director, Transformation & Value Creation will serve as a key partner to the SVP of Transformation in driving disciplined execution, generating strategic insights, and shaping the narrative of our transformation for PatientPoint’s Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors.
This role is ideal for a top-tier strategy consultant with 4+ years at a leading firm (or 2+ years post‑MBA), strong analytical acumen, excellent executive communication skills, and a passion for transforming healthcare-focused companies.
What You’ll Do
- Drive program and project management across multiple VCP workstreams, ensuring timelines, risks, dependencies, and execution standards are met.
- Partner closely with executives, workstream leaders, and the Board of Directors, preparing high-quality materials, insights, and strategic updates to support decision-making.
- Lead value-focused analyses, including business cases, financial models, opportunity sizing, and value tracking to quantify and communicate impact.
- Shape transformation narratives by synthesizing complex workstream activity into compelling executive- and board-ready presentations.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment across sales, product, operations, data & analytics, and other areas to ensure coordinated progress toward VCP targets.
- Structure ambiguous problems, developing clear frameworks, recommendations, and action plans to accelerate value realization.
What We Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Healthcare, or related field.
- 4+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm (BCG, Bain, McKinsey preferred), or 2+ years post‑MBA or other graduate degree.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-workstream transformation or strategy programs.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with experience developing business cases and evaluating value.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including developing materials for C-suite and Board audiences
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare provider operations, healthcare marketing/media, digital health, operations improvement, pharma commercial strategy, or financial/operational analysis.
- Proven ability to engage, influence, and manage senior-level stakeholders across functions.
- Demonstrated success in executive storytelling, developing high-quality board decks, or synthesizing strategic insights.
- Ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional teams and drive execution in fast-paced environments.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including executive and board-level presence.
- Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or complex strategic questions.
- High EQ, strong collaboration skills, and experience navigating senior leadership environments.
Base Salary Band: $159,000 - $227,400
