Job Summary
We are seeking a Manager, Client Strategy & Insights. As Manager, you will work alongside the Senior Director, communicating with internal stakeholders and external clients to address and bring evidence to respond to strategic questions. You will assist in discovering data-driven insights and providing recommendations to support business decisions. Leveraging your strong relationship building and analytical abilities, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize brand performance and ROI, enhance customer experiences, and contribute to client retention and growth.
This role works consistently with cross functional support teams. Preference will be given to candidates with a combination of previous experience working within a digital healthcare marketing/media company – specifically responsible for using data to gauge marketing program performance.
What You’ll Do
- Functional Area Management: This position works with the Senior Director to plan, execute, and deliver program performance metrics such as brand lift and ROI. Your ability to work with cross-functional teams (Data & Analytics, Sales, etc.).
- Provide brand recommendations: Work directly with clients to determine their key determinants of success and provide recommendations to deliver.
- Provide actionable insights: Translate data findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve decision-making processes and drive business performance.
- Present findings: Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including presentations, reports, and visualizations.
- Continuously improve analytics recommendations: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics, and apply them to enhance the team's analytical capabilities and efficiency.
What We Need
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of experience in a data-driven roles
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with statistics: While direct calculation and use of statistical methods and advanced analytics techniques is not required, the ability to interpret them to identify patterns, trends, and correlations is key.
- Ability to manage others: Open to or experience managing employees at various career levels - helping them to think through the best approach to solving the issue at hand.

- Experience in data driven role within sales and client support
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Business acumen: Demonstrated understanding of business operations, pharmaceutical industry dynamics, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations aligned with business goals.
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex analytical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in creating compelling data visualizations is a plus.
- Collaboration and teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, partnering with stakeholders at various levels. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Problem-solving orientation: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically, identify patterns, and propose innovative solutions.
- Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate, and reliable analytical work products.
- Continuous learning mindset: Eagerness to stay updated on the latest advancements in analytics, data science, and pharmaceutical industry trends through self-learning, attending conferences, and participating in relevant training programs
Base Salary Band: $94,026 - $141,400
