How you can help
We are expanding our Account Management Team with a highly talented Account Manager. Our customers are employers and health plans who are offering Paytient to their employees or health plan members.
We define Account Management as owning all phases of the customer lifecycle – from onboarding through renewal. You will manage the exchange of information between our customers and our internal teams. Accordingly, you will partner closely with our Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Ops teammates to ensure that our product experience is effortless and solving the needs of clients we serve.
We’re looking for a self-starter who loves listening, anticipating, and building partnerships – both internally and externally. The Account Manager wears many hats in a fast-paced environment managing a large book of employers, each at various phases of the customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Manage the customer onboarding process end-to-end
- Manage the ongoing relationship with each of our customers to coordinate their use of Paytient to the customer-defined business goals and desired outcomes
- Synthesize & communicate key customer feedback internally with Product & Engineering teams to help shape our product roadmap
- Own the renewals process for customers
About you
- You excel at growing and nurturing customer relationships, simultaneously driving each customer relationship towards their next milestone
- You are an expert multitasker with impeccable organization skills. For each account in your book, you can reliably maintain the focus of individual customer goals, and the steps needed to get them there
- Your superpower is the ability to understand the why behind customer requests, and work across internal teams to devise creative solutions to achieve the desired outcome while aligning with internal bandwidth & resource constraints
- You love learning new things and are comfortable flexing beyond the scope of your immediate role, if need be
- You have 2+ years of experience within a relationship management role (Sales, Customer Success, Client Success, Account Executive, etc)
- You are comfortable running renewals
- You have experience with technical implementation & support roles
- Healthcare experience is a definite plus
