As a member of the Paytronix: An Access Company Digital Sales team, you will be in a hardworking, fast-paced environment and have a portfolio of products to sell. Your role will include finding up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships. The work you'll be doing:
- Responsible for developing your own demonstration skills and know when to call for assistance.
- Build a multi-level relationship with the customers and nurture every opportunity.
- Understand the business plans and expectations of your customers.
- Host meetings at all levels with customers.
- Once a sale is made, ensure a smooth handover to the projects team.
- Always provide the highest level of customer service and technical expertise to customers.
- You may be required to attend exhibitions, host seminars, present sales ideas or attend meetings in support of other salespeople.
The kind of skills and experience you’ll need:
- Experience in selling digital software is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to constant growth.
- An ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport at all levels of an organization.
- Persuasive and compelling in expressing ideas and concepts.
The extra stuff that would be nice:
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator.
- Formal training in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or MEDPIC.
Salary: $70,000 + Commission
