  • Experience creating video ads for various platforms, such as, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube with a strong understanding of each platform's ad specifications and size (9:16, 4:5, 16:9) and video optimization techniques
  • Experience in video editing, with a portfolio of high-quality work that demonstrates a range of skills and styles of storytelling on social platforms.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Cap-cut).
  • Curiosity or eagerness to expand into the ad world/marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization techniques for video ads, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to inform future ad strategies
  • Knowledge of audio editing, color correction, graphics and visual effects software
  • Data-driven decision-maker - analyze content performance and adjust for maximum impact.
  • Familiarity with video codecs, formats, and delivery requirements for various platforms, including social media, web, and broadcast
  • Strong storytelling and narrative skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories from raw footage
