
Corporate Partner Activation Seasonal Associate

The executive office is located at the NovaCare Complex. This 108,000 square foot facility offers excellent space, amenities, and care for the players, coaches, and staff.

In addition to being the home of the Philadelphia Eagles, the stadium hosts numerous other events, providing an unmatched spectator experience for over 69,000 fans. POSITION SUMMARY
The Corporate Partner Activation Seasonal Associate will help deliver value to Philadelphia Eagles corporate partnerships through assisting with the day-to-day business relationships and implementation of all contractual deliverables. This position will work directly with team members of the Corporate Partner Activation Department of the Philadelphia Eagles while overseeing multiple corporate sponsor accounts.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
The Seasonal Associate will report to and be under the close supervision of the Senior Manager, Corporate Partner Activation of the Philadelphia Eagles and will work closely with other Corporate Partner Activation team members.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
The Corporate Partner Activation Seasonal Associate will utilize, learn, and improve sports marketing and event skills. The Seasonal Associate will assist the Activation Team and be responsible & accountable for the following:
· Fulfillment and execution of partner contractual benefits (i.e., digital and social media, events, merchandise, gameday elements, appearances, signage, hospitality, etc.)
· Coordination of partner events at the NovaCare Complex, Lincoln Financial Field, and off-site locations (often on nights and weekends)
· Game day activities including in-game promotions, pre-game activations, and other partner requests (often on nights and weekends)
· Training Camp elements including set-up, breakdown, hospitality, promotions, and events (includes weekday and weekend activations)
· Development and implementation of partner’s promotions, programs, activations, and special events. These entities involve multi-step implementation & creativity in execution.
· Coordinate and maintain professional relationships with partners, players, alumni, and fans
· Creating partner action plans, end-of-season recaps, and metric reports
· Presentations and ad-hoc research projects as needed
· Travel and transport supplies to events in the tri-state area for event set-up and execution
· Our department works closely with our parts of the organization, our Associates will support Community Relations initiatives (includes Youth Football, Non-Profits, Autism, etc.) and Marketing events (includes Kids Club, Health & Wellness, Fan events, etc.)
· Additional duties as assigned by all members of the Corporate Partner Activation team on a daily basis

QUALIFICATIONS
· Must be a recent graduate who has completed, within the previous eighteen months, a technical, associate,
bachelors, or graduate degree from a qualifying educational institution, or an individual that has been discharged from the military within the last 18 months.
· Daily, reliable transportation in order to conduct business in the Tri-State Area
· Detail Oriented and the ability to multi-task
· Strong communication skills – both written & verbal
· Strong work ethic & positive attitude along with the ability to work nights & weekends when necessary
· Willingness to assist other departments when necessary
· Previous events, marketing, sponsorship and / or customer service experience
· Ability to work independently on assigned projects
