The executive office is located at the NovaCare Complex. This 108,000 square foot facility offers excellent space, amenities, and care for the players, coaches, and staff.

Lincoln Financial Field is one of the premier sports and entertainment facilities in the United States. In addition to being the home of the Philadelphia Eagles, the stadium hosts numerous other events, providing an unmatched spectator experience for over 69,000 fans. P O S I T I O N  S U M M A R Y

The EAF Scientific Seasonal Associate is responsible for providing overall administrative and logistical support in the scientific review process. In addition, the EAF Scientific Seasonal Associate will assist the EAF team in all areas of event execution, inclusion and promotional activities including all events at Lincoln Financial Field to promote accessibility. Qualified individuals should have the ability to maintain a professional demeanor, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrate efficient time management skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Individual should have previous experience or connection to the autism community and/or the willingness to learn.

 

R E P O R T I N G  R E L A T I O N S H I P S

The Seasonal Associate will report to Director of Scientific Programs and Inclusion Initiatives.

 

P O S I T I O N R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S

· Operating and managing Eagles Autism Foundation general lines and emails

· Assist with scientific review process

· Assist with organizational filing of grant applications and proposals through grant software platform.

· Track and summarize upcoming progress report dates and facilitate communication with Director

· Create, input, and follow application dates, fund installments, progress reports through CRM software

· Sensory Room and neurodiverse gameday staff coverage for ALL Lincoln Financial Field events including nights and weekends (Eagles games, Temple games, concerts, etc.)

· Support Game Day Staff inclusion initiative by making individualized schedules and being an on-site resource working with neurodiverse staff for all events at Lincoln Financial Field

· Assist with planning for All Abilities Clinics and other youth programs/Kids Club Activities

· Assist with EAF College program initiatives such as hosting/scheduling meetings, maintaining communication, and advising as needed

· Contribute and capture content related to Eagles Autism Foundation’s mission

· Oversee mailings as needed

· Assist with external fundraising event as needed

· Other duties as assigned

Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S

· Must be a recent graduate who has completed, within the previous eighteen months, a technical, associate, bachelors, or graduate degree from a qualifying educational institution, or an individual that has been discharged from the military within the last 18 months.

· Individual should have previous experience or connection to the autism community and/or the willingness to learn.
