The executive office is located at the NovaCare Complex. This 108,000 square foot facility offers excellent space, amenities, and care for the players, coaches, and staff.

R E P O R T I N G  R E L A T I O N S H I P S

The Event Staff Experience Seasonal Associate will report to the Event Staff Operations Manager and work closely with all staff members of the Fan Services Department.

 

 

P O S I T I O N  R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S

· Develop and maintain day-to-day staff communication via phone and email

· Become proficient in ABI MasterMind program and assist in maintaining/updating event schedules for Game Day Staff

· Assist with evaluating staff performance, creating and sending employee performance notification letters and termination letters

· Assist with planning, logistics, and execution of Game Day Staff Hiring, Game Day Staff Trainings, Game Day Staff Appreciation Days, and Game Day Staff Post-Season Party

· Works with Human Resources and Accounting departments to ensure Game Day Staff employment files are up to date and payroll adjustments are processed in a timely manner

· Assist with the Eagles Autism Foundation’s 50/50 Raffle Operation on Eagles Game Days. Manage a raffle team of 40+ staff members

· Assist with employment verifications for current and prior employees

· Analyze employee feedback to identify areas of improvement

· Assist with organizing and managing Employee Check-In

· Assist with event day preparation, including copying and organizing materials and equipment

· Assist Event Staff Experience Coordinator with managing and scheduling special events at Lincoln Financial Field

· Work all events at Lincoln Financial Field as well as Game Day Staff related events

· Perform additional duties as assigned by any member of the Fan Services Department

Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S

· Must be a recent graduate who has completed, within the previous eighteen months, a technical, associate, bachelors, or graduate degree from a qualifying educational institution, or an individual that has been discharged from the military within the last 18 months.

· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required

· Excellent organizational, planning abilities and multitasking skills required

· Ability to maintain confidentiality of all business matters

· Should have strong interest or background in Human Resources and Operations

· Preferably has previous Human Resources and/or Guest Services experience
