The executive office is located at the NovaCare Complex. This 108,000 square foot facility offers excellent space, amenities, and care for the players, coaches, and staff.

P O S I T I O N  S U M M A R Y 

This role will contribute to the overall department effort to achieve inventory maximization for 4 stores and gameday sales. The Merchandise Warehouse Seasonal Associate contributes to total results of the merchandise operation by maintaining inventory and providing product distribution support to all merchandise locations within Lincoln Financial Field. The focus of this role is inventory receiving and processing, quality control, and stadium inventory allocations.
This position requires a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

R E P O R T I N G  R E L A T I O N S H I P S
The Merchandise Warehouse Seasonal Associate will report to Merchandise Warehouse Coordinator and various members of the Merchandise Department 


P O S I T I O N  R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S
•    Work with Eagles merchandise operations department on various aspects of the Eagles stadium merchandise stores/stands
•    Outbound shipping and inbound shipment receiving by inputting quality control standards and interpreting purchase orders
•    Work with inventory management software
•    Problem solves inventory errors such as item pricing or purchase order discrepancies 
•    Maintain warehouse organization and managing all merchandise with appropriate care
•    Analyze inventory levels in warehouse and stadium locations to maintain quantities needed to achieve sales goals by coordinating product movement 
•    Assist with Eagles Pro Shop operations including merchandising sales floors and inventory stocking
•    Assist with retail operation at Training Camp and pop-up events
•    Learn retail store operations at Lincoln Financial Field, Cherry Pro Shop, Plymouth Meeting Pro Shop and Rockvale Pro Shop
•    Be willing to take an active role wherever help is needed.
•    Contribute to merchandise sales and operation for all events at Lincoln Financial Field by learning the life cycle of hot market selling during concerts

Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S 
•    Must be a recent graduate who has completed, within the previous eighteen months, a technical, associate, bachelors, or graduate degree from a qualifying educational institution, or an individual that has been discharged from the military within the last 18 months.
•    Excellent organizational, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects.
•    Prior warehouse or retail experience preferred 
•    Flexible to work long hours and a non-traditional schedule, including weekends, nights and some holidays
•    Valid Driver’s License
•    Able to safely lift boxes heavy boxes
•    Standing or sitting for extended periods of time and frequent climbing of stairs
•    Be able to work in all weather conditions (Hot, Cold, Rain, Snow)
