We are looking for a talented and experienced IT Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Workforce Management tools and experience working in a fast-paced, agile setting. Knowledge of Legion or similar workforce management software is preferred. In this role, the Program Manager will lead and manage IT programs focused on workforce optimization tools, ensuring the successful delivery of software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions that align with business goals.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as an IT Program Manager, with expertise in workforce management tools (Legion or similar workforce management tools is highly desirable)
• Proven track record working with SaaS platforms, especially in workforce optimization and management.
• Strong experience in Agile environments, with hands-on knowledge of frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
