Overview:
Our client is looking for an experienced Agile Manager to lead a team of 8-10 Agile professionals (Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers) in driving high performance, collaboration, and delivery excellence. The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership experience in Agile environments, strong Jira expertise, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor Agile team members

• Foster a culture of collaboration and Agile excellence

• Drive Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and ceremonies

• Use Jira to manage sprints, backlogs, and reporting

• Remove roadblocks and support cross-team coordination

• Track and improve Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time)

• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile mindset

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in Agile environments; 2+ in a leadership role

• Strong Jira expertise (workflows, dashboards, reporting)

• Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks and principles

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

• Agile certifications preferred (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP)

• Scaled Agile experience or a tech background is a plus
