Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Federal, State, Local, and Education (SLED) markets
- Build and manage relationships with key government stakeholders and prime vendors
- Respond to RFPs/RFQs, negotiate contracts, and manage deal pipelines
- Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Track industry trends and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful sales experience in IT or professional staffing, with emphasis on Federal and SLED sectors
- Strong understanding of government procurement, contract vehicles (e.g., GSA, NASPO), and compliance processes
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Based in California and willing to travel for client engagements
California Pay Range
$100,000 - $120,000 USD
