Job Title: Release Train Engineer
Hire Type: Full Time Contract (Hybrid – 2 days onsite in NYC)
Duration: 6 Months with possible extensions 

Job Description:
Phizenix is seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support a key client engagement in New York City. The ideal candidate will act as a servant leader and Agile coach for multiple teams within a SAFe® Agile Release Train, facilitating PI Planning, coordinating cross-team dependencies, and driving delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies and PI Planning

• Coordinate with Product Management and stakeholders to ensure alignment

• Remove impediments and manage risks across teams

• Track delivery metrics and continuously improve ART performance

• Support and coach Scrum Masters and Agile teams

Requirements:

• SAFe® RTE Certification (or equivalent experience)

• 5+ years of experience in Agile/SAFe environments

• Excellent facilitation and communication skills

• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools

• Willingness to work onsite in NYC two days a week
