Senior Manager, Channel Management
Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Channel Management is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing channel strategies that drive revenue growth and partner success within the High Services & Channel Sales sub pillars. This role will lead the design and execution of multi-tier channel programs, manage key partner relationships, and align cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-impact results. In addition, this leadership role is responsible for leading the Inside Channel Specialists team. This team support the entire Channel organization (including Industrial/Automation and Electronic/EMS).
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive channel strategy aligned with business goals.
- Drive partner engagement models that support service-led growth and high-value solution selling.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners aligned with strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key partners.
- Define and track KPIs to evaluate partner performance and program effectiveness.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment across the partner lifecycle.
- Serve as a key contributor to the global channel leadership team, influencing go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
- Continuously assess market trends, partner feedback, and competitive dynamics to refine the channel model.
- Champion new initiatives that enhance partner value and drive net-new customer acquisition.
- Other duties as assigned by senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in channel management, marketing, sales, or account/business development—preferably in high-tech or service-driven industries.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a high-potential for action and results.
- Deep understanding of the services channel landscape and partner economics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex partner relationships.
Essential Job Functions

Remote Work Policy
