This role is with the Share.Market growth team at PhonePe. The candidate will be working with internal and external stakeholders for stock broking business.

Key roles and responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring of business health metrics for the category on a regular basis. Analyse trends and patterns for customer churn
  • Tracking of industry trends and sharing insights that could serve as retention levers for the category
  • Work closely with Analytics team to drive insights for the category business & formulate interventions for customer retention
  • Ideate and drive interventions for improving retention by understanding customer churn across channels
  • Present analysis, reports, impact of key interventions to stakeholders in clear and concise manner
  • Track and measure success of retention interventions. Continuously analyze consumer feedback and areas of improvement 
  • Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Must be comfortable working in cross-functional teams, where immediate constituencies include the Finance, Analytics, Product, Marketing & Customer Service teams.

Candidates should have

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfort with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a data driven role and understanding of stock markets would be an advantage
