This role is with the Share.Market growth team at PhonePe. The candidate will be working with internal and external stakeholders for stock broking business.
Key roles and responsibilities include:
- Monitoring of business health metrics for the category regularly
- Tracking of industry trends and sharing insights that could serve as growth levers for the category
- Work closely with the Analytics team to drive insights for the category business & formulate interventions
- Implement interventions to drive growth across various assets
- Supporting the growth manager in driving stock broking business growth
- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Must be comfortable working in cross-functional teams, where immediate constituencies include the Finance, Analytics, Product, Marketing & Customer Service teams.
Candidates should have
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfort with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Prior experience in a data-driven role and understanding of stock markets would be an advantage
